The Challenge
Gasless faced a brand identity crisis - needed to evolve from technical account abstraction SDK provider to accessible agentic payments platform. Mid-project, strategic direction shifted significantly from AA messaging toward agentic payments. The project underwent a rebrand from Arqen to Gasless to BlockPe. Complex blockchain infrastructure needed to be made accessible.
The Solution
Conducted a comprehensive brand workshop, developed multiple visual directions, and delivered a complete website built on Framer. Created a refined logo with a pronounced 'G' shape featuring a key symbol in negative space. Ran an AI agent to scrape client's Twitter posts for blog content. Managed a major strategic pivot mid-project, adapting brand and messaging from account abstraction to agentic payments.
