Digital storytelling for sustainable handcrafted fashion
The Challenge
Morni needed a digital storytelling platform to showcase their creative projects and the stories behind each collection. The platform had to present complex multi-sensory projects like their Odyssey campaign (shot on 16mm film) and handle rich media content across photography, embroidery details and video.
The Solution
Built a stories platform on Framer with CMS capabilities. Dedicated pages for the Mushroom Heritage collection, Odyssey campaign and Young the Giant collaboration. Also delivered an investor pitch deck in Figma Slides and custom p5.js coded wordmark animations.
Workshop + Platform
Brand workshop in FigJam to establish direction. Set up the Framer platform with CMS and began the Mushroom Heritage page, the centerpiece of Morni's storytelling featuring educational narratives about fungi alongside hundreds of embroidery motifs.
Story Pages
Built the Odyssey campaign page (16mm film across LA, Topanga and Trona Pinnacles) and the Young the Giant collaboration page with lightbox galleries and behind-the-scenes content. Mobile optimization and custom social preview images per story.
Deck + Motion
Investor pitch deck in Figma Slides under tight deadlines. Resolved bandwidth issues before an investor demo. Produced p5.js coded wordmark animations, stop-motion flower animation and a full brand showreel.
Brand Workshop
We ran a FigJam-based brand workshop to establish the foundational direction. Morni's brand sits at the intersection of sustainable fashion, craft heritage and contemporary storytelling. The workshop helped us understand how to translate tactile, handcrafted work into a digital experience without losing its warmth.

The visual identity had to bridge handcraft and digital. We developed a system that feels organic and considered, working across the stories platform, investor materials and social content without losing the artisanal quality that defines Morni.

The commerce experience needed to feel as intentional as the stories. Product pages that let the craft speak, with details on materials, origin and the artisans behind each piece.








Stories Platform
Each story page is its own world. Mushroom Heritage explores fungi's role in Earth's history through embroidery. Odyssey presents a cinematic fashion campaign shot on 16mm film. Young the Giant showcases distributed production across LA, Lahore and Faridabad. Built on Framer CMS so the team can add new stories independently.
