Nyayanidhi
One legal operating system for contracts, notices and disputes
The Challenge
Nyayanidhi builds legal infrastructure for Indian businesses and lenders. It runs three platforms for three different buyers: enterprises managing contracts, construction companies fighting claims and lenders recovering money. Each one needed to stand on its own and still read as part of one company.
The Solution
Three platform identities and three websites, each with its own mark, colour and interface language, all drawn from the same parent. Rilin in navy, Ferrock in oxblood, Wapas in forest green, designed and built alongside the product screens that explain them.
Rilin
The first platform to ship. Landing page, product page and managed services, with an ASCII hero treatment and light and dark modes, handed to the client's engineers to run.
Ferrock
Construction claims, built on the same footing: timeline visualisation, claim generation and coded illustrations, with a hero video and both light and dark themes.
Wapas
Money recovery, the third platform. The interface shows the early warning system and the statutory sequence beneath it, with motion shipped as components their team can drop into any stack.
Rilin
Contract control for enterprises. Rilin turns signed contracts into obligations a business can act on, so the gap between what a contract says and what the company does after signature closes. Navy, with an ASCII treatment in the hero built from an internal tool the team wrote for it.

Ferrock
Construction claims. Ferrock structures execution data into live claims while the project is still being built, rather than years later in a dispute. Oxblood, with a mark drawn on a construction grid, and the landing page shipped in both light and dark.

Wapas
Money recovery for institutional credit books. Wapas runs an early warning system on a lender's book and the statutory recovery sequence beneath it. Forest green, with the interface built around accounts moving through days past due and notices drafted for counsel to review.
